We will "encrypt" any information we collect about your personal identity, such as your name. That means that we will change the information into a code. The people within ProHEALTH are the only ones who can read this information.
We will not give your personal information to other people or organizations outside of ProHEALTH. Only ProHEALTH will have access to your information.
We will do our best to respond to your requests within 24 hours. We will respond during normal business hours, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We will not respond on weekends or holidays.
